With a background as a former USPTO Patent Examiner and experience in executive positions where he interacted extensively with global patent owners and National Patent Offices, Berman has a deep understanding of the patent ecosystem and has heavily focused on patent analytics his entire career. Berman holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
At SIM IP, Berman will work on special projects relating to trade secrets and promoting innovation primarily at small and medium-sized companies.
